`Petitioner VIP Products L.L.C. (“Petitioner”) respectfully submits this Motion for Entry
`
`.
`
`of Default Judgment based upon Respondent-Registrant Chunfen Wang’s failure to file and serve
`
`its Answer to Petitioner’s Petition for Cancellation of the above-identified U.S. trademark
`
`registration.
`
`The facts are as follows:
`

`On October 16, 2020, Petitioner filed its Petition to Cancel Registration No. 5,812,825
`
`for the mark “Pantablok”.
`
`2.
`
`On October 19, 2020, the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (“the Board”) issued its
`
`Notice of Institution of Cancellation Proceeding No. 92075511 and served a copy thereof upon
`
`Registrant Chunfen Wang (“Registrant”). Service of such Notice of Institution constituted
`
`service of the Petition to Cancel on Registrant.
`

`
`The October 19, 2020 Notice of Institution included an Order by the Board directing
`
`Registrant to file an Answer to the Petition for Cancellation on or before November 28, 2020;
`
`that day fell on a Saturday, and the next business day was Monday, November 30, 2020.
`

`
`As of today, December 3, 2020, Registrant has not filed an Answer to the Petition for
`
`Cancellation in this proceeding.
`

`
` In accordance with Trademark Office Rule 37 CFR §2.114(a), if no answer is filed
`
`within the time initially set, or as may later be reset by the Board, the petition may be decided as
`
`in case of default.
`

`
`Accordingly, Petitioner respectfully requests the Board to enter judgment by default
`
`against the Registrant, cancelling Registration No. 5,812,825 for the mark “Pantablok”.
