`
`By the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board:
`
`On September 26, 2017, the Board issued a notice of default to Respondent
`
`because no answer had been filed. On October 6, 2017, the Board's order was returned
`
`as undeliverable.
`
`The Board conducted a thorough search and was unable to ascertain a more
`
`current address for the Respondent. Furthermore, the Board notes that the
`
`institution order was not returned when mailed to the address of record for the
`
`Respondent.
`
`Inasmuch as no response to the notice of default has been filed, judgment by
`
`default is hereby entered against Respondent, the petition to cancel is granted, and
`
`Registration Nos. 4 753531 and 4 753532 will be cancelled in due course by the
`
`Commissioner for Trademarks. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 55(b), and Trademark Rule
