`
`
`Andrew P. Baxley, Interlocutory Attorney:
`
`
`On December 5, 2012, respondent filed consented
`
`amendments to its Registration Nos. 3542705 and 3542706, the
`
`involved registrations in the above-captioned proceedings. By
`
`the proposed amendments, respondent seeks to delete the
`
`wording “ultimate fighting” and substitute “mixed martial
`
`arts” therefor.
`
`The amendments comply with the procedural requirements of
`
`Trademark Rule 2.173 and are clarifying in nature. Because
`
`petitioner consents thereto, the amendments are approved. See
`
`Trademark Rule 2.133(a). The amendment will be forwarded to
`
`the Post Registration Branch for appropriate action in
`
`accordance with Trademark Act Section 7(e), 15 U.S.C. Section
`
`1057(e).
`
`
`
`If approval of the amendments resolves these cases,
`
`petitioner should withdraw the petitions to cancel within
`
`

`
`Cancellation No. 92056066
`
`thirty days of the mailing date set forth in this order,
`
`failing which the petitions to cancel will go forward on the
`
`registration as amended. See Trademark Rule 2.114(c).
`
`Proceedings herein are otherwise suspended.
