`MOTION FOR DEFAULT JUDGMENT

`and respectfully asks the Board to sustain this opposition and refuse the registration sought by
`
`Budhi Mudra Co., Ltd. (“Applicant”), Serial No. 79/364,064 in International Classes 18 and 25.
`

`Opposer initiated these proceedings on April 17, 2024 by filing its Notice of Opposition
`
`with the Board and serving Applicant (through its attorney of record) with a copy of the Notice of
`
`Opposition via e-mail. See Ex. A, Service E-mail and Delivery Receipts. Pursuant to the opposition
`
`schedule entered in this proceeding, the deadline for Applicant to file and serve its answer was set
`
`for June 2, 2024. As of the filing of this Motion for Default Judgment, no answer has been filed or

`served. Therefore, as the Applicant is in default, Opposer moves for entry of default judgment in
