`MOTION FOR WITHDRAWAL OF OPPOSITION

`Pursuant to TBMP §§ 212.07, 514 and 601, Opposer ARM LIMITED moves to withdraw
`
`the present Opposition in view of the amendment of the description of goods and services in U.S.
`
`Trademark Serial Application No. 97040087 for the mark AF ARMFLIX (the “Application”).
`
`The amendment was filed on January 23, 2023, and was approved and entered on February 8,
`
`2023, by the office of the Deputy Commissioner for Trademark Examination Policy. In view of
`
`the amendment, Opposer requests withdrawal of the present opposition proceeding.
`
`Pursuant to an agreement between the parties, Sargsyan requested, and ARM LIMITED
`
`consented to, an amendment of the description of the products and services in the Application as
`
`follows (deletions are marked by strikethroughs and italics, and additions are in bold):
`
`Class 09: Downloadable mobile applications for accessing and viewing streaming video
`content; none of the aforesaid in the field of technological information about
`electronic data processing equipment, microprocessors, system-on-chip devices,
