`The amendments are limiting in nature, as required by Trademark Rule 2.71(a).
`
`Because Opposer consents thereto, the amendments are approved and entered. See
`
`Trademark Rule 2.133(a).
`
`The parties’ joint request to suspend proceedings pending the Examining
`
`Attorney’s acceptance of the parties’ Agreement, and removal of the subject
`
`application as a bar to the registration of Opposer’s Serial No. 90030433, is granted.
`
`Proceedings are suspended pending final determination of Opposer’s Application
`
`Serial No. 90030433, including any possible appeals.
`
`The parties shall notify the Board within twenty days upon such final
`
`determination so that this proceeding may be called up for appropriate action.
`
`During the suspension period, the parties shall notify the Board of any address or
`
`email address change for the parties or their attorneys.
`
