`Opposer PUMA SE (“Opposer”) and Applicant Critical Role LLC (“Applicant”) file this

`Revised Consent Motion to correct the deficiency in the Consent Motion filed on February 19,

`2021 at TTABVUE 6. Opposer and Applicant have resolved this matter by way of an agreement
`
`between the parties, wherein Applicant has agreed to amend Application Serial No. 88924785 in
`
`Class 25 as follows (the “Amendment”):
`
`Class 025: Clothing, namely, shirts, t-shirts, sweatshirts, hooded sweatshirts, underwear,
`
`one-piece garments for babies, camisoles, pants, shorts, bandanas, pullovers, pants,
`
`scarves; headwear; hats; caps being headwear; outerwear, namely, coats, hats, gloves;
`
`footwear; socks; shirts; shorts; sweatshirts; pullovers; pants; scarves; all of the foregoing
`
`relating to the fields of fantasy, role playing or fictional characters; cosplay costumes;
`
`costumes for use in role-playing games
`
`Applicant, by and through its attorneys, respectfully requests that the Amendment, which
`
`is limiting in nature1, be approved and entered by the Board.
`
`
`1 “Cosplay costumes; costumes for use in role-playing games” is now listed only once in the revised Amendment.
`

`
`Following approval of the Amendment by the Board, pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 2.106(c),
`
`Opposer, by and through its attorneys, and with the consent of Applicant, respectfully requests

`that the Board terminate Opposition No. 91266435 with prejudice.
