`AGREED MOTION TO AMEND APPLICATION

`Applicant, Thompson Law LLC (“Applicant”) hereby moves that the identification of

`services in its pending application, SN 88/811,041 be amended by the Board to read as follows:
`
`legal services, namely, personal injury law services.
`
`Application SN 88/811,041 currently covers: “legal services” in class 45.
`
`The agreed upon amendment narrows this identification by adding the limitation
`
`“namely, personal injury law services.”
`
`Class 45:
`
`Legal service, namely personal injury law services.
`
`Opposer, Aslan Law P.C. (“Opposer”) has consented to this amendment and agrees that
`
`this amendment together with the other terms in the Consent Agreement between the parties will
`
`resolve the issues between the parties.

`Opposer has agreed to this amendment as a resolution of the issues in this opposition.
`
`Once an order granting this Agreed Motion and making the amendment is entered, Opposer has
`
`agreed that the opposition will be dismissed, and the application can proceed to registration for
`
`the amended services.
