`On August 19, 2019, Applicant did so and renewed the parties’ request for

`amendment and withdrawal.

`Inasmuch as the amendment to the drawing does not constitute an

`impermissible material alteration to the mark and Opposer consents thereto, it is
`
`APPROVED and entered. See Trademark Rules 2.72 and 2.133(a).
