`No. 86166421, filed June 29, 2018. The motion is uncontested.

`Specifically, Applicant seeks to have a new application created for unopposed

`Class 11, and have that class go forward to registration. Applicant states that Classes
`
`30 and 35 would remain as Serial No. 86166421, which is the subject of this
`
`proceeding. Applicant has authorized its deposit account to be charged to cover the
`
`fee for division. See 37 CFR § 2.87.
`
`In light of the foregoing, Applicant’s request to divide is hereby granted. The
`
`Intent to Use Division of the Office will be notified to process the divisional
`
`application.
