`Opposer University of New Hampshire (“the University”) hereby moves pursuant to

`Fed. R. Civ. P. 55(b) and C.F.R. § 2.114(a) for entry of default against Applicant John Vrana
`
`(“Applicant”) for Applicant’s failure to timely answer the Notice of Opposition on or before
`
`the September 19, 2016, deadline to answer prescribed by the Board on August 10, 2016. (see
`
`2 TTABVUE.)
`
`WHEREFORE, the University prays that judgment be entered against Applicant with
`
`prejudice, that this Opposition be sustained, that Application Serial No. 86830732 be rejected,
`
`and that the mark applied for therein be refused registration.
