`Jennifer Krisp, Interlocutory Attorney:
`
`
`The Board notes Opposer’s October 28, 2015 motion for default judgment
`
`wherein Opposer asserts that Applicant failed to file an answer on or before October
`
`25, 2015.
`
`In the Board’s September 15, 2015 order instituting this proceeding, the Board
`
`set the due date for Applicant’s answer as October 25, 2015. Applicant filed her
`
`answer on October 26, 2015. By operation of Trademark Rule 2.196, said answer is
`
`timely filed. Trademark Rule 2.196; TBMP § 112 (“Times for Taking Action”).
`
`In view thereof, Opposer’s motion for default judgment is denied.
`
`To maintain order in this proceeding, conferencing, disclosure, discovery and
`
`trial dates are reset as follows:1
`
`Deadline for Required Discovery Conference
`Discovery Opens
`
`1 The Board presumes that the parties did not hold the discovery conference based on the
`filing of the motion for default judgment; if the parties did conference as required, they
`need not conference again.
