`OPPOSER'S NOTICE THAT OWNERSHIP OF THE '981
`MARK WAS TRANSFERRED TO OPPOSER
`IN OCTOBER 2015; OPPOSER'S REQUEST TO
`TERMINATE PROCEEDINGS AS NOW CONCLUDED
`
`Opposer gives notice to the Board that these proceedings are now resolved with the
`
`parties having previously agreed that Applicant would expressly abandon the '958 mark
`
`with Opposer's consent, and, Opposer having expressly denied permission to also permit
`
`abandonment of the '981 mark, subsequently ownership of the '981 mark was transferred
`
`to Opposer in an assignment with the effective date of September 17, 2015.
`
`The remaining unabandoned mark now being owned by Opposer, these proceedings
`
`can be terminated with the '958 mark abandoned and the '981 mark owned by Edge
`
`Games.
`
`Consequently, Future Publishing ceased to have standing in these proceedings from
`
`October 6, 2015, having abandoned the one mark, and, effective that date, no longer
`
`
`
`being the owner of the other mark. Consequently, any filing by Future since October
`
`2015 should be given no weight and should be ignored.
`
