`Pursuant to the terms of the Settlement Agreement entered into by parties herein,
`Respondent has agreed to delete "pharmaceutical preparations for the treatment of gastro -intestinal
`diseases and conditions" from the current identification of goods. Accordingly, since this
`amendment does not expand the identification beyond the scope of goods at the time of
`publication, Respondent respectfully requests that the identification of goods be amended to read
`as follows:

`inflammatory preparations, anti-phlogistic preparations, anti-allergic preparations, analgesic
