`The grounds for the Applicant’s request are as follows:

`Applicant dismissed attorney Ehab Samuel and retained attorney Mark Morrison
`as of January 24, 2013. There was a miscommunication with respect to the filing date
`between Ehab Samuel and Applicant. Mark Morrison filed an answer on behalf of
`Applicant on January 24, 2013 and now needs more time to file the answer in a timely
`manner unless the Appeal Board accepts the answer on file. Applicant’s attorney needs
`additional time to obtain Applicant’s input and to explore possible settlement

`Applicant has requested the express consent of all other parties to this proceeding
`for the extension requested herein, but has not heard back from opposing counsel and is
`filing this motion as time is of the essence.
