`September 24, 2013 order suspending proceedings pending

`disposition of opposer’s motion for sanctions was returned

`undelivered by the United States Postal Service (USPS).

`1 Applicant is reminded that it is the responsibility of a party to a
`proceeding before the Board to ensure that the Board has the party’s
`current correspondence address. Furthermore, the responsibility for
`any failure to receive correspondence due to a change of address of
`which the Board has not been given separate written notice lies with
`the party or its attorney or other authorized representative. If a
`party fails to notify the Board of a change of address, with the result
`that the Board is unable to serve correspondence on the party, default
`judgment may be entered against the party. See TBMP 117.07. Available
`forms for filing a change of correspondence address and instruction
`for electronic filing can be filed through the TTAB’s Electronic System
`for Trademark Trials and Appeals (ESTTA) at http://estta.uspto.gov/.
