`application, applicant seeks to change the identification of goods in

`Cosmetic nourishing creams; Cosmetic preparations against sunburn;
`Facial creams; Moisturizing preparations for the skin; Non-medicated

`ointments and liquids."

`The proposed amendments are limiting in nature as required by

`Trademark Rule 2.71(a). Because opposer consents thereto, the amendments

`are APPROVED and entered. See Trademark Rule 2.133(a).

`If the foregoing amendments resolve these consolidated proceedings,

`opposer should withdraw the notices of opposition within THIRTY (30)
`
`DAYS from the mailing date of this order, failing which the consolidated
`
`proceedings will go forward on the applications as amended. See Trademark
`
`Rule 2.106(c). Proceedings are otherwise SUSPENDED.
