`amend the description of goods in Application Ser. Nos. 85/401,846 (subject of Opposition No.

`91205184) and 85/401,851 (subject of Opposition No. 91205350).

`Please delete the entire description of goods in Application Ser. No. 85/401,846 and
`
`replace it with the following: “After sun creams; After-sun lotions; Cosmetic preparations
`
`against sunburn; Facial creams; Moisturizing preparations for the skin; Non-medicated
`
`ointments for the prevention and treatment of sunburn; all of the foregoing excluding non-
`
`medicated lip care preparations and products for treating eczema, psoriasis, diabetic skin
`
`conditions, or cracked dry skin,” in Class 3.

`Please delete the entire description of goods in Application Ser. No. 85/401,851 and
`
`replace it with the following: “Anti-inflammatory ointments; Medicated skin preparation for
`
`use in treating sunburns, facial wrinkles, burns, rashes and wounds; Medicated sun block;

`Medicated sun care preparations; Medicated sun screen; all of the foregoing excluding
`
`medicated lip care preparations, antiseptics, and products for treating eczema, psoriasis,

`diabetic skin conditions, or cracked dry skin,” in Class 5.
