`move. My poor kid was gaggin and practrally in tears and she kept on... I had to finally say ‘enough’.
`And she got a total attitude and dropped the mouth iiray tool on the floor...‘ and walked away. When
`she came back she picked it up and just put it back. Did not even bother to clean it. Vuckl Alter about
`another 20 minutes of eitting in the room waiting for the dentist, ha Cfima in, looked at my kids mouth
`lor like2 minutes and told me he needed a crown on one othis tooth, a root canal. and maybe removal
`of the toothll Seriously, all that lrom just 2 minutes of looking. He also said that maybe. maybe he

`For whatever reason I called this otlico for my dental check up. They were going to change ma $95.00
`whiclr was for x-rays which included a free teeth whiting. Afler their review of my ways they found
`that I needed Deep Cleaning of all A quads This seemed odd and suspicious since ljust had rave
`resiews oi my oral hygiene. I was not given my teeth whiting at that time and was told I would get it
`done when I had my Deep Cleaning done at a cost of $1 ,7FL5 IT] Adding to their discovery I needed
`Iwo caps replaced for about $800 each.

`Reiteratrng, I just had rave reviews ofthe condition of my teeth and the rave review of my oral hygiene.
`I decided this dentist is a rip-all and will not ever return for the exception of getting my teeth whiten
`which I had paid for in my initial $95.00. I called to schedule my teeth whiting and they told me I could
`come in and pick up my teeth whitening PEN. This is a joke and i:ont'irms that I had made the right
`choice of not over returning for dental care with these butloons.

`I absolutely DO NOT recommend this dentist to anybody, They have the worst customer service I
`spent 3 hours waiting and the when the dr. finally walked in the room, they had numbed the wrong
`side of the mouth. During the procedure, the dr. had to ask his dental assistant not to put her fingers
`in my mouth, and commented 'thats what the tools are their for"

`Wish I'd read these reviews for the Cheyenne location before I want today. I only chose them because
`they are close to home and take my insurance. The young female dentist quickly murmured her name
`so that I didnt catch it and I received no check out paperwork with it on there Iwould NEVER go
`back to them. Iwent in for a toothache uncertain if it was a sinus problem or a tooth problem. The
`xreys they took didn‘t capture enough of my face to determine what the problem was. However they
`did quickly suggest that I have my teeth cleaned and amazingly, they found 3 cavities before cleaning
`8. a 4th during cleaning. was never shown the xreys. Now, I am middle aged wlhealthy teeth 8. good
`dental hygiene. Ive only had 3 fillings in my whole life and I was due to an accident. So it cavities at
`once strikes me as odd. I let them fill 3 of them (against my betterjudgrnent). I have been to the
`dentist regularly my whole life. I have never felt the level of pain that this dentist inflicted before And
`that vvasjuet to numb met On top of that, she hurt the tooth I came in to be seen about while she was
`cleaning, not once, but twice.
`Be warned: the children's side my well be just fine The adult side is sorely lacking in uptodate
`equipment (Le. panoramic trays--wltich wouldye shown my sinus infection vs dental problem).

`I would not recommend this dental office, Absolute on west Cheyenne, I needed two teeth removed
`and a new upper dental plate Went on a Saturday, the dentist got an it ray, then looked at my bmlren
`cap tooth and said I will need to send you to a specialist! said no, Dr D can take it out, so he said
`come back Tuesday and see Dr 0. which I did, he took two teeth out and filled tvio.My first visit was
`the 22nd of Merch.0n the 1st of/ipri|_ yes April fools day, I got my first dental imprecsion and the
`removal ofteeth and fillings. I have been back to this dental olhce a total of four times, and had two
`impressions, and still dont have my teeth, needless to say I am gumsy, I go back, Tuesday the 29th

`My husband and I recently went to the absolute dental on W Cheyenne and we will definetly look for
`a new dentist the next time we need a cleaning. The stall was not very nice and dndnt acknowledge
`you right away. I didnt even see the dentist I had been scheduled to see and my husband didnt even
`get in for his cleaning even though he had an appointment because they were running over a hour
`behind. When I Iinally was called GU minutes after my scheduled appointment time) they treated you
`as If you were cattle and just wanted to get rid olyou as fast as they could.

`Almost the same as the previous review. I took my kids to see the dentist and waiting 1 1/2
`hours before we got to see him. Then we were told that we had to go to a different location to be
`seen which was clear across town. After 2 1/2 hours after our appointment time (all but 45
`minutes being in the back in a room waiting) I grabbed my restless kids and walked out. I don't
`see how they can claim to cater for kids and care nothing about them.

`! All my dealings in the past week with Absolute Dental (both the Cheyenne office and the Lake
`Mead office) have been awful. My son, who is only 3, was found to have a caivity that needs a
`"baby root canal" and 4 fillings. Went to the Cheyenne office for initial consult. Had to wait over
`one hour beyond our scheduled appointment time, the front desk staff was unprofessional and
`rude, and then we were referred to the Lake Mead office because that is the only dentist
`licensed to do sedation procedures which my son needed. First they book our appt on the wrong
`day (the one dentist licensed is not there), then we get there on the correctly scheduled appt
`day, we are not greeted and had to wait in the waiting room for over 45 minutes, no one had
`even called our name to fill out paperwork or insurance info. Workers kept coming in and out.
`the place was dirty, smelled of smoke, and I wanted out of there. I am searching for another
`place to go and will never set foot in an Absolute Dental for myself. my husband or my three
`kids. And I will tell everyone I know to never go there...that is how bad it was.

`I also was treated horrible by this Diana. My appointment was canceled no one ever called me I
`told Diana ifl would have missed my appointment I would have been charged her response was
`if your trying to get money that is not going to happen. I advised her I need an appointment for
`my daughter she made an appointment I asked for the corp office number she wrote it down and
`walked away. The staff is very rude in this office. I spoke to Jesse from corp and he apologized
`Thanks for calling back I appreciate it.

`I took my two children. A Dental Assistant went out the back door to smoke and came back in.
`She thought she was going to set up my daughter smelling like smoke. My daughter has
`asthma. I told her to get someone that did not smell like smoke. Then, I heard shouting in the
`back of the office. I went to go check on my son and the guys that work there were in my sons
`room yelling at the top of their lungs and laughing. I went over and stood right in between them.
`They looked at me and I asked them why they were being so loud. I told them that they only
`pulled the stunt because my son was 8 and they knew he would not say anything. They left
`abruptly. Mind you the entire back of the office smelled like smoke from the young woman
`smoking outside in the back. It is a horrible place. The parking lot is littered with vagrants. The
`one on Ann and Simmons is MUCH better.

`I was very unhappy with the service here. The clinics surgery coordinator (Diana) refuses to take
`responsibility for her mistakes. I had scheduled an appointment at their surgery center for my
`son, and had contacted Diana a few days before his appointment. I had mentioned thatl was a
`little concerned with the treatment listed on the pre-authorization from my insurance and had a
`few more questions ( I never even received anything from the clinic listing the procedures to be
`done..only a copy of the pre-authorization from my insurance). After speaking for about 15 min
`or so she basically says "we|l..you can go to someone else and see what they think." I agreed.
`In addition. it was also made clear that I would TRY to stop by on Friday (2/15) and speak to the
`doctor himself. In the meantime I made calls to different clinics and scheduled an appointment
`for a consultation. so that I will have different results to compare and also have something to
`show the doctor. WeIl...l get a call on Tues. 2/19 from Diana reminding me that my -son has an
`appointment on Wed 2/20. I told her that the appointment should have been cancelled after she
`had advised me to get another opinion from another doctor. I explain to her that there must have
`been a mis-commmunication during our conversation because obviously when we got off that
`phone we both mis-understood each other...she refuses to listen, continued to talk over me, and
`just over and over that there is nothing I can do..there will be a $200 cancellation fee. She was
`so busy trying to be right that she actually failed to realize that she just lost business for Dr.
`Milne. I never said I did not want him to do the work. I just explained to her that I was concerned
`with the procedures listed. My son is only 4 years old and as his mother I research everything
`before I OK any procedure he gets. That is my job. Also, when Diana had advised me to get a
`second opinion before I go ahead with the procedure...of course that's what I'm going to
`do...because you would think that it would be in her best interest to make sure their patients are
`satisfied with their services. She was so busy arguing with me that she forgot she was
`representing a whole clinic. She was very very unprofessional. I'm looking forward to speaking
`to her mgr. today, hopefully we can get this issue resolved. Sad to say but during my visit to this

`Wow, I have read all of this comments, honestly I changed my mind. I was
`going to take my daughter for her check up. but thanks to all of your comments I

`Diana is a idot, first... you are to have the FRONT go over your treatment. This
`is called a (treatment plan presentation.) And you should ALWAYS see in
`writing what needs to be done. They go over your treament options and should
`explain fully why the treatment is needed. You at this time should ask any
`questions and GET answers. And, you may at anytime get a copy of this
`treatment plan. You are the childs mother and you HAVE TO AGREE TO
`TREATMENT. This Diana is a jerk I! And .. the reason they call to confirm your
`appointment the day before is to make sure your reminded of the appointment.
`At this time you may cancel change or what ever you like there is not $200.00
`cancellation charge if you cancel the day before. Normally the all Dental offices
`may have a cacellation charge of around $25.00 -$35.00, if you don't call before
`the day before or if you just plain don't show up without notice. And frankly ,
`most offices don't charge this fee unless you have a long history of not showing
`and no call. I am a Registered Dental Assistant and I can't believe how bad Las
`Vegas Dental Offices have become. And, you never should have needed a
`second a opinion if she explained your childs treatment clearly and gave you a
`copy of the treatment plan. I'm so sorry they treated your so terrible. I wish I
`was the district manager I would terminate the flunkies!!!

`It's ok, the dentists are just as good as any other, waiting room even has video games for the
`kids which is great. that way they don't get exasperated. but their front desk is very
`unprofessional, the way they behave and the way they answer questions. I guess they forget
`they get paid to do that job.

`HORRIBLE!!!
`went in for a first visit. Was ok, until someone by the name of "ADRIAN" a heavy set gentleman
`commented on my teeth. He suggested I get veneers to "fill in your gaps" I told him ''I dont have
`any gaps" I thought he was kidding at first, then he said "Go take a seat". The receptionist asked
`ADRIAN to take me back to my room and ADRIAN replied "Go get someone else to take her‘
`The receptionist (feminine African American gentleman) laughed and commented "your F*cked
`up" using profanity in my presence, and clearly insulting me for no reasonl
`Adrian took me back to the room, against his wishes, and I confronted his rudeness and
`unprofessionalism. At first he denied his rude remarks. then admitted and apologized.
`Before the dentist would come to greet me, I saw the receptionist behind my back. I proceeded
`to leave and told the receptionist "I REALLY dont feel comfortable here, I will seek care
`elsewhere. but thank you."
`I left without being seen.
`HOORIBLE, disgusting, treatment from this "gentleman" making unecessary rude, false. and
`ignorant comments was eanough to keep me away, I had a bed feeling, and went with my gut.
`Im glad i didnt stay, if thier front desk has no manners, god knows the care they provide patients

`This is the worst Dental office in Las Vegas, unless you are fluent in spanish. If you don't speak
`Spanish you are treated like a second class citizen. If you question the care your children are
`getting you will be treated like an idiot. There is never room in the waiting room and the time you
`spend waiting is hours even with an appointment. They have also billed my insurance 2-3 times
`for many of the procedures my children had done. The office always seems dirty and hot. Save
`the aggravation and go elsewhere.

`Last October, my son had a toothache 8. he made an appointment with Dr. Nguyen @ Absolute Dental. We arrive at the dentist
`oitice (we had never been there before 8. won't be back) where the dentist examined him and gave me this list of procedures that
`he wanted to accomplish. $6,494.00 worth of procedures. I do not mind helping to pay for his first Lamborghini but I will be
`damned it I help pay tor the 2nd. Having said this. I instructed the dentist to extract the tooth that was causing Justin so much
`pain, at the time. I had no Idea that tooth was impacted 8. infected (I was given a prescription for Amoxioiilln on our way out 8.
`knew Justin had an infection). I sat there & watched Dr. Nguyen do all but climb on top of Justin's chest to remove the tooth and
`as I was going to tell the dentist to stop. he looked at me and told me I need to take Justin to an Oral Surgeon. Um, you think?
`So. the next morning I took Justin to see Dr. Frank @ Desert Oral Surgery here in Las Vegas (plug, plug) 8. in the middle oi our
`consultation. I told Dr. Frank that tooth #30 was not able to be removed by Dr. Nguyen yesterday. Dr. Frank looked at me and
`said, ‘He tried to remove this with local. he should not have attempted to remove this tooth with locaIi' I said yes. he tried
`numerous times to remove it. 45 minutes later & 2 less teeth in his mouth we were on our way. I just wanted to get this off of my
`chest and give huge hugs 8. thank you's to Dr. Frank 8. his staff @ Desert Oral Surgery.
