`On September 2, 2022, the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board granted Applicant’s Request
`
`to Extend the Appeal Brief Deadline through October 27, 2022. Applicant respectfully requests an
`
`additional sixty (60) day extension of time to file its Brief up to and including December 26, 2022.
`

`
`Applicant is in active communication with the owners of the cited registrations and/or
`
`respective counsel in an attempt to resolve the Examiner’s objections via Letters of Consent.
`
`Negotiations between the Parties are ongoing.
`
`
`
`This Request is not being filed for purposes of delay, but rather to protect Applicant’s rights
`
`in connection with the application. As this is an ex parte appeal, no other party will be prejudiced
`
`by the requested extension of time.

`Wherefore, Applicant respectfully requests that the Board grant the requested extension, and
`
`reset the date for filing Applicant's Appeal Brief. In the event the extension request is denied,

`Applicant requests sufficient time to prepare the Brief on Appeal.
