`
`MOTIONFOR EXENSION OF TIME TO FILE APPEAL BRIEF
`
`Owner, Fullsix, d.o.o. (“Owner”), by and through its undersigned counsel, hereby moves
`
`for an extension of thirty days within which file it brief, and in support states:
`
`1.
`
`Owner’s appeal brief is due on or before December 3, 2022. Owner seeks a thirty
`
`(30) day extension of time within which to file Appeal Brief, until January 02, 2023.
`
`2.
`
`Good cause exists, due to the pressing matters that the undersigned is involved in
`
`other, unrelated matters, including a copyright infringement lawsuit that he is preparing to file in
`
`the next few days, and a patent infringement lawsuit that he is being engaged to defend. In
`
`addition, during the last 4 weeks, the undersigned was busy due to his daughter’s wedding that
`
`
`
`

`

`
`
`preoccupied almost a week of time because the planning and hosting out-of-town guests. Finally,
`
`the undersigned plans to inquire as to whether basis for the appeal, a description of the goods
`
`identified in the application, can be resolved through a motion for reconsideration in the coming
`
`ten days (given the Thanksgiving holiday tomorrow).
`
`3.
`
`Owner respectfully asks the Board for an extension of time to submit its Appeal
`
`Brief.
`
`4.
`
`An extension of time would not prejudice the Owner, nor the examiner, nor the
`
`administration of justice in this matter.
`
`WHEREFORE, Appellant respectfully requests that the Board grant it until January 2,
`
`2023, within which to submit its Appeal Brief; and for such other and further relief as the Board
`
`deems proper.
`
`
`
`Dated: November 23, 2022
`
`
`
`
`
`
`Respectfully submitted,
