`BOARD MANUAL OF PROCEDURE (TBMP) § 1214.

` The consolidated appeals may be presented in the same brief; however, the
`
`brief should bear the serial number of each application and a copy of the brief
`
`should be submitted for each application. Also, these cases may be argued
`
`together if a request for oral hearing is filed.
`
`A request for an oral hearing, if desired, may be made not later than ten days after
`
`the due date of Applicant’s reply brief.
`

`1 In her motion to consolidate (4 TTABVUE), the examining attorney mistakenly indicated
`that her appeal brief is due, however, these appeals are before the examining atorney for
`consideration of appellant’s request for reconsideration filed concurrently with its notice of
`appeal. In view thereof, the appeals remain suspended and jurisdiction remains with the
`examining attorney for consideration of the request for reconsideration.
