`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. Section 2.102, iCloud Inc., 566-533W Roulette Street, Pembina, ND 58271, UNITED
`STATES respectfully requests that he/she/it be granted an additional 60-day extension of time to file a notice
`of opposition against the above-identified mark for extraordinary circumstances shown .
`Potential opposer believes that extraordinary circumstances are established for this request by:
`- Opposer is currently conducting business in Guyana, South America with their medical equipment and
`mining operations. Protest and riots erupted October 11th, 2012. The civil unrest effectively impacted the
`only corridor in the country that links to where opposer has mining establishment and continues to
`severely affect continued efforts that are underway to get food ration and supplies to camp where
`Opposer#s workers are based. Continued efforts are underway and we respectfully appreciate that our
`request for a 60-day extension will be favorably considered.
`The time within which to file a notice of opposition is set to expire on 10/17/2012. iCloud Inc. respectfully
`requests that the time period within which to file an opposition be extended until 12/16/2012.
