`Please amend the description of goods in above-referenced application for

`trademark registration as follows:

`“mail order services, telephone shop-at-home services via 800 number, retail store
`services and mail order catalog services, all in the field of trophies, plaques, handbells,
`medallions, medals, pins, clocks, desk accessories, rocking chairs, certificates and prize
`ribbons, all limited to goods other than computers, computer hardware, software and
`related peripherals.”

`REMARKS
`
`Applicant states for the record the goods as amended are not broader than those
`
`originally described in the above captioned application. Rather, Applicant has deleted from the
`
`description of goods in the original application “electronic retailing services via computer, on
`
`line retail store services,” and has restricted the description of goods in the original application to
`
`state that the goods are “all limited to goods other than computers, computer hardware, software
`
`and related peripherals.” Accordingly, since Applicant has only restricted and deleted items from
`
`the existing statement of goods, Applicant requests that the Office approve this amendment
`
`request, without republication, pursuant to TMEP §150l .0l(a).
`
`Applicant understands that, pursuant to §TMEP l505.02(c) and TBMP §2l2.04,
`
`the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board will suspend the time for filing an opposition pending
`
`approval of this amendment by the Office.
`
`In view of the foregoing, Applicant believes that the Amendment After
`
`Publication is in condition for approval without republication and such action is solicited.
