`REAL PARTY-IN-INTEREST

`Petitioner hereby provides notice that, because of a corporate reorganization
`
`that was registered on August 30, 2021, RiceTec AG has ceased to exist as a legal
`
`entity and is no longer a real party-in-interest. As of the same date, Liechtenstein
`
`Group Holding AG is a real party-in-interest.
`
`II. RELATED MATTERS
`
`A petition for Post Grant Review of U.S. Patent No. 11,096,346, a child of
`
`the ’345 patent, is currently pending. See RiceTec, Inc. v. BASF SE, PGR2021-
`
`00114 (P.T.A.B. filed Aug. 24, 2021).
