`under 37 C.F.R. § 42.120. In accordance with 37 C.F.R. § 42.53(d)(1), the parties

`have conferred and agreed that the cross-examination will take place on

`December 20, 2017, commencing at 9:00 a.m. (ET), and will be held at the offices

`of McDermott Will & Emery LLP, 500 North Capitol Street, N.W. , Washington,

`DC 20001.

`The cross-examination will be taken before a Notary Public or other officer

`authorized by law to administer oaths. It will be recorded by stenographic, audio

`and/or audiovisual means. The arrangements for the court reporter will be made
`
`by counsel for Petitioner AVX CORPORATION.
