`stipulate to move Due Dates 1 and 2. These Due Dates were originally set by the

`Scheduling Order - 37 C.F.R. § 42.5, dated January 29, 2016 (Paper 18) and not
`
`modified in the Order Modifying Scheduling Order - 37 C.F.R. § 42.5, dated
`
`February 29, 2016 (Paper 21). Due Date 1 is being moved from April 29, 2016 to
`
`May 6, 2016 and Due Date 2 is being moved from July 29, 2016 to August 5,
`
`2016. This paper is being filed by Patent Owner Gold Standard, with the approval
`
`of counsel for Petitioner US Endo.
