`
`McNamee Lawrence & Co., an international investment bank serving growth-oriented technology companies,
`announced today that 3am Labs has completed a $10 million Series A financing with McNamee Lawrence & Co.
`(MLC) acting as the exclusive financial advisor on the transaction.
`
`MLC helped originate and execute the financing for 3am Labs, whose international consortium of investors includes
`Prism Venture Partners of Westwood, MA, 3TS Venture Partners of Budapest, Hungary and Integral Capital
`Partners of Menlo Park, CA. This investment will be used to expand the company's sales and marketing efforts and
`to develop its product line. 3am Labs markets the award-winning RemotelyAnywhere and LogMeIn products.
`
`As part of the financing process, 3am Labs relocated its headquarters from Budapest, Hungary to Woburn, MA.
`
`"We are pleased to have worked with MLC, who provided us with excellent strategic insight during the financing
`process and with transaction expertise that helped us get the deal done," said Michael Simon, CEO, 3am Labs.
`
`According to Woody Benson, general partner at Prism Ventures and new board member of 3am Labs, "MLC was
`very helpful in originating this unique opportunity. Given the expected growth in the software market for remote
`access computing infrastructure, we are very excited about 3am Labs' prospects and believe the team will achieve
`great success."
`
`"We are proud to have worked with 3am Labs and to have helped them raise the capital that will fuel their next
`stage of growth," said Giles McNamee. "We believe that this financing is just one of many opportunities for US
`investors to reach out to European technology companies."
