`I. DISCUSSION
`In an Order entered on April 2, 2024, we exercised our authority
`under 37 C.F.R. § 42.5(a) and (b) (2023) to suspend the due dates for
`Patent Owner, Multimedia Technologies Pte. Ltd. (“Multimedia”), to file
`Oppositions to the Motions for Joinder and Preliminary Responses in
`IPR2024-00694, IPR2024-00696, and IPR2024-00699 (collectively, “the
`VIZIO cases”). IPR2024-00694, Paper 5 (Order), 5.1 As we explained in
`the prior Order, the parties in these three proceeding and LG Electronics,
`Inc. and LG Electronics U.S.A., Inc. (collectively, “LG”), who is the
`petitioner in IPR2024-00351, IPR2024-00352, and IPR2024-00354
`(collectively, “the LG cases”) that the VIZIO cases seek to join, all agreed to
`the newly proposed due dates for filing Oppositions to the Motions for
`Joinder and Preliminary Responses in the VIZIO cases. Id.
`
`On May 21, 2024, we entered decisions granting institution in each of
`the LG cases, thereby triggering Multimedia’s time period for filing
`Oppositions to the Motions for Joinder and Preliminary Responses in the
`VIZIO cases. See IPR2024-00351, Paper 9 (Institution Decision), IPR2024-
`00352, Paper 9 (Institution Decision), IPR2024-00354, Paper 9 (Institution
`Decision). Based on the time periods set forth in the prior Order, the dates
`for filing Oppositions to the Motions for Joinder and Preliminary Responses
`in the VIZIO cases are set forth below. If, for any reason, Multimedia needs

`additional time to file its Oppositions to the Motions for Joinder and
`Preliminary Responses in the VIZIO cases, Multimedia should promptly
`contact the Board by sending an email to Trials@uspto.gov. In addition, if
`Multimedia decides not to file Oppositions to the Motions for Joinder or
`elects not to file Preliminary Responses in the VIZIO cases, Multimedia
`should promptly contact the Board by sending an email to
`Trials@uspto.gov.

`II. ORDER
`
`It is:
`ORDERED that Multimedia’s Opposition to the Motion for Joinder,
`should it choose to file one, is due in each of the VIZIO cases no later than
`June 4, 2025;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Petitioner’s, VIZIO, Inc.’s, Reply to any
`filed Opposition, should it choose to file one, is due in each of the VIZIO
`cases no later than June 18, 2025; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that Multimedia’s Preliminary Response,
`should it elect to file one, is due in each of the VIZIO cases no later June 21,
`2024.
