`On March 14, 2024, VIZIO filed IPR2024-00694, -00696, and -00699, which are copies of the IPR
`petitions filed by LG in IPR2024-00351, -00352, and -00354. VIZIO also filed Motions for Joinder in
`each of IPR2024-00694, -00696, and -00699 seeking to join the corresponding LG IPR.

`Pursuant to the Consolidated Trial and Practice Guide, VIZIO is writing to arrange a call with the
`Board to discuss the timely management of the proceedings. Counsel for VIZIO, LG, and Patent
`Owner are available next week as follows:
