`ORDER OF DISMISSAL OF AMAZON
`
`Plaintiff Lexos Media IP, LLC and Defendant Amazon.com, Inc. have notified the Court
`
`that they resolved Lexos’s claims for relief asserted against Amazon in this matter. Lexos and
`
`Amazon have therefore jointly requested that the Court dismiss Lexos’s claims for relief asserted
`
`against Amazon with prejudice, and with all attorneys’ fees, costs and expenses borne by the party
`
`incurring same. The Court, having considered this request, is of the opinion that their request for
`
`dismissal should be granted.
`
`IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that all claims for relief asserted against Defendant
`
`Amazon.com, Inc. by Plaintiff Lexos Media IP, LLC herein are dismissed WITH PREJUDICE.
`
`IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all attorneys’ fees, costs of court and expenses shall be
`
`borne by each party incurring the same.
