`Regeneron represented to the Court that it will proceed to trial in June on no more than 12 patent
`claims. Consistent with its representation and the parties’ recent correspondence on this issue,
`Regeneron hereby elects to proceed to trial in June on the following patent claims:

`U.S. Patent No. 10,888,601: Claims 11, 19
`U.S. Patent No. 11,084,865: Claims 4, 7, 9, 11, 14-17
`U.S. Patent No. 11,253,572: Claims 6, 25
`
`Following Regeneron’s election to proceed with these claims for trial in June, Mylan’s pending
`motion for summary judgment is moot with respect to all challenged claims other than claim 6 of
`U.S. Patent No 11,253,572. Please confirm that Mylan will so notify the Court of the status of its
`summary judgment motion.
