`The Board has a strong interest in the public availability of trial proceedings. Confidential
`information that is subject to a protective order ordinarily would become public 45 days after denial
`of a petition to institute a trial or 45 days after final judgment in a trial. There is an expectation that
`information will be made public where the existence of the information is referred to in a decision to
`grant or deny a request to institute a review or is identified in a final written decision following a
`trial. As a result, when confidentiality is alleged in some but not all of the information submitted to
`the Board, the submitting party should file confidential and non-confidential versions of its
`submission.
`
`In each of the below-identified cases in which motion(s) to seal were filed, please also file a
`proposed redacted version of each document sought to be sealed, if you have not already done so.
`Please file proposed redacted documents in each case, including any proposed protective orders
`(and how they may deviate from the proposed default protective order). See Consolidated Trial
`Practice Guide pp. 21-22, 111 (Protective Order Guidelines), 119—120 (Default Protective Order).”
