`
`Stirring device for slurry tank
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`The invention relates to stirrers for slurry containers according to the generic concept of patent
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`claim 1.
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`The drive of the agitator is known to be such devices by means of an electric motor designed as
`
`
`
`
`
`an immersion motor. Stirrers which are movably suspended on a carrier in the slurry container on
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`fixedly mounted holders, for example on a winch, are widely used so that the stirrer can operate at
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`different depths of the slurry container. Such agitators operate predominantly in fixed gill pits, I.B:
`
`
`
`on the premises of a farm, a breeding center for cattle. An existing power connection is essential
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`for tl1e operation of the stirrer, so that in each individual case of tl1e use of suc!1 stirrers the laying
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`of an electrical connecting line is necessary. A separate agitator must be provided for each slurry
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`tank. However, transportable stirring devices are also knmNn, which can be attached with special
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`precautions to the hydraulic lifting mechanisms of a tractor used for agriculture or the like and
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`whose drive is ultimately effected via an electric motor or directly tt1rougt1 the power take-off
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`connection of the tractor or the like.
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`Although such agitators can be converted from one slurry container to another slurry container, the
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`drive is dependent on the presence of an electrical connection or has to be carried out by coupling
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`the stirrer shaft to tl1e tipper shaft of tl1e tractor.

`
`

`

`
`
`However, the latter type of drive is associated with the disadvantage that the agitating device can
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`only be inserted into the slurry container with a flat inclination angle.
`
`
`
`
`
`On the other hand, it is the object of the invention to design a stationary stirring device in such a
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`\Nay that it can be operated independently of drive energy to be transported via lines, and can also
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`be inserted and operated independently of a force source supplying drive energy into the liquid
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`manure container.
`
`
`
`According to the invention, this object is achieved by means of training features according to the
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`cl1aracterizing clause of patent claim 1.
`
`
`
`
`
`By using a hydraulic drive according to the invention from a hydropump and a hydromotor, the
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`stirring device becomes completely independent of the electric drive energy.
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`The disadvantages of the previously uncontrolled type of drive directly above the tipper shaft of a
`
`
`
`
`
`tractor are also overcome.
`
`
`
`
`
`On the rotor shaft of the hydromotor, the stirring tool, *** "

`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`!1ose line adapted in lengtl1 to tl1e conditions serves to connect the hydropump to the hydromotor.
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`According to a particular embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the hydropump with its

`
`
`Is formed in a carrier which can be hooked into the hydraulics of a tractor used for agriculture so
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`that the pump rotor can be coupled directly to the tractor's tipper shaft. For the design of tt1e stirrer
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`itself, an elongated rod-shaped design is recommended in a manner known per se which carries
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`the agitator at one end so that the stirrer can be lowered into different depths of the slurry

`

`
`
`
`
`
`An exemplary embodiment of the invention is sct1ematically illustrated in the drawing. FIG. 1 is a

`stirring device.
`

`
`A tractor 1 with a front loader which has vertically movable lifting arms 2 and a rear lifting hydraulic

`system comprising a linkage 3 and 4 with a three-point linkage, of wl1ich t11e upper linkage point is
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`arranged centrally over two articulation points 6 lying at the same level. The pump part of tl1e
`
`
`
`
`
`
`

`
`
`
`stirring device is arranged on a carrier 7 which has two bearing pins 8 for the connection in the
`

`articulation points 6 with the linkage 3 and a fork 9 for the connection at the articulation point 5
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`with the linkage 4 of the tractor l1ydraulics. The hydraulic pump 11 is arranged on an inner
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`container 10 in tt1e frame 7, tt1e suction nozzle 12 of wt1ich projects into the container 10. The
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`!1ose line marked with dash-dotted lines 14 can be connected to the pressure connection 13 of the
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`pump 11 to the hydropump. Return is indicated by dashed-dotted lines 15. This line leads from the
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`hydromotor to an ultrafilter 16 in tt1e region of the ultrasound 10. The t1ydromotor 17 is attached to
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`a carrier 18 and is connected via its rotor shaft 19 to the stirrer 20, which is designed, for example,
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`as a bucket wheel, propeller or the like.
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`The carrier 18 of the hydromotor 17 is advantageously arranged in a height-adjustable manner in
`
`
`
`
`
`a holder 21 which, in turn, is connected to the free ends of the arms 2 of the front loader. For the
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`transport position, the carrier 18 can be held by means of a tab 22 in the front trailer coupling 23 of
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`the tractor 1. The feed line 14 and the return line 15 for the t1ydromotor 17 can be connected to
`
`
`
`
`
`corresponding connecting branches 24 and 25 of known quick couplings. In the depicted position,
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`the hydromotor can be moved with the agitator 20 by moving the arms 2 of the front loader an
`
`
`
`
`
`anywhere in a slurry tank. By means of auxiliary devices known per se, the stirrer 20 can also be
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`moved in the horizontal direction in the slurry tank. The agitator 2 is driven via the hydromotor 17,
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`which is fed by the hydropump 11 via the lines 14 and 15. The hydropump 11 is driven via the
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`pinion shaft 26 of the tractor 1.
