`to the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas pro hac vice to represent

`Defendants Sony Group Corporation, Sony Semiconductor Solutions Corporation, Sony

`Semiconductor Manufacturing Corporation, Sony Mobile Communications, Inc., Sony Interactive
`
`Entertainment Inc., Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC., Sony Corporation of America, and Sony

`Electronics Inc. in this case, and would respectfully show the Court as follows:
