`RPX provides risk managementservices for its clients, which are

`called “members” of RPX. RPX mitigates its members’ litigation risks by

`acquiring licenses to patents and providing sublicenses, under those licenses, to
`
`RPX’s members.

`I have personal knowledge of the Patent License Agreement
`
`(“Agreement”) between Greenthread, LLC (“Greenthread”) and RPX dated April
`
`7, 2023 (“Effective Date”).
`
`I understand that the Agreement has beenfiled as an

`exhibit in this proceeding. Under the Agreement, Greenthread granted RPX the
`
`right to sub-license certain rights to Intel Corporation (“Intel”) and|
`ae respect to Greenthread’spatents.

`By operation of their membership agreements with RPX,Intel and
`GE<cuirea the full scope ofsublicensable rights Greenthread granted to RPX
`
`at the time the RPX-Greenthread Agreement was executed. Accordingly, Intel
`and BBpave possessed the sublicensable rights described in the Agreement
`
`since the Effective Date.
