`(collectively “Defendants”) filed a motion to stay this action, pending resolution of a
`
`parallel proceeding in the United States International Trade Commission (“ITC”),
`
`pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §1659 and this Court’s discretionary power. Plaintiff Bell
`
`Northern Research, LLC (“Plaintiff”) does not oppose Defendants’ motion.
`
`Uponconsideration, the Court finds there to be good cause to grant Defendants’
`
`motion and stay this action. Accordingly, this action is stayed asto all parties pending
`
`resolution of the parallel proceeding, captioned Jn the Matter of Certain Electronic
`
`Devices and Semiconductor Devices Having Wireless Communication Capabilities and
`
`Components Thereof, Inv. No. 337-TA-1367 (the “1367 Investigation”’), at the ITC.
`
`The parties are directed to file a joint status report within thirty days of the
`
`resolution of the 1367 Investigation.
`
