`Pursuant to an agreement between the parties, Patent Owner Daedalus Prime

`LLC and Petitioner Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC hereby notify the Board that they

`have stipulated to extend the deadlines for Due Dates 2 and 3 set forth in the February
`
`13, 2024 Scheduling Order (Paper 11) and the parties’ April 24, 2024 Joint
`
`Stipulation extending Due Dates 1 and 2. Due Date 2 for Petitioner’s Reply to Patent
`
`Owner’s Response is currently set for July 31, 2024. The new stipulated Due Date
`
`2 is August 15, 2024. Due Date 3 for Patent Owner’s Sur-reply to Petitioner’s Reply
`
`is currently set for September 10, 2024. The new stipulated Due Date 3 is
`
`September 26, 2024. The remaining Due Dates 4–7 are not affected by this
`
`stipulation.
