`On June 20, 2024, with our prior authorization, Geoscope
`Technologies Pte. Ltd. (“Patent Owner”) filed “Patent Owner’s Motion to
`Withdraw Counsel.” Paper 28 (“Motion”).2 Patent Owner requests that the
`Board authorize the withdrawal of its initially designated back-up counsel,
`Mr. Ryan J. Singer. Id. at 1. Patent Owner indicates that Mr. Singer “is no
`longer an attorney at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP.” Id. Patent Owner asserts
`that “granting this Motion will not hinder the economy, the integrity of the
`patent system, the efficient administration of the Office, or the ability of the
`Office to timely complete this proceeding.” Id. Patent Owner indicates that
`Petitioner, Google LLC, does not oppose the Motion. Id.
`Patent Owner filed updated Mandatory Notices, which list a
`complement of back-up counsel in addition to Mr. Singer. Paper 26, 3–4.
`Because alternative counsel has been designated to replace the departing
`counsel, we authorize the withdrawal of Mr. Singer.
`
`In consideration of the foregoing, it is hereby:
`ORDERED that Patent Owner’s Motion is granted, and Mr. Singer is
`withdrawn as counsel from the above-identified proceedings.
`
