`Reporting - All 5 master schedules are now refreshed weekly.

`It has been realized that upsampling 420 to 444 for the overlay
`will cause artifacts. A new gradient filter is being added to the
`shader to compensate. Likely performance and visual impact.
`
`WMV9performance problems. Intra-block prediction
`performancewill be very poor due to memory coherency. We
`do not yet have a workaround.
`
`No design yet for bandwidth sharing.
`
`We don’t yet have a synchronized schedule with the Cobra
`team.
