`Before the Court is the Joint Motion to Stay All Deadlines and Notice of Settlement(the

`“Motion”) filed by Plaintiff Taasera Licensing LLC (“Taasera”) and Defendant Trend Micro

`Incorporated (Japan) (“Trend Micro”), (Dkt. No. 322.) In the Motion, the parties represent that
`
`they have reached a settlement in principle and request a stay ofall case deadlines for thirty-five
`
`daysfor the parties to finalize such settlement and file dismissal papers with the Court. (/d. at 1.)

`Having considered the Motion, and noting its joint nature, the Court finds thatit should be
