`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.53, Petitioner Netflix, Inc., hereby provides
`
`notice that it will take the deposition of Mr. Stuart Lipoff, a witness of Patent
`
`Owner GoTV Streaming, LLC.
`
`As agreed to by the parties, the deposition will take place on April 2, 2024,
`
`beginning at 11:30 am ET (or another mutually agreed upon start time) and will
`
`continue until complete. The deposition will be conducted remotely using a
`
`videoconferencing platform through which the parties and the witness will access
`
`the deposition.
`
`The Parties have stipulated to conduct consolidated depositions for IPR Nos.
`
`IPR2023-00757, IPR2023-00758, and IPR2023-00759 (“IPRs”). As such, Mr.
`
`Lipoff will be testifying regarding his expert declarations submitted with the Patent
`
`Owner Responses in these IPRs.
`
`The Parties have also stipulated to the following time limits for expert
`
`declarants in these IPR proceedings: seven hours for cross-examination, four hours
`
`for redirect examination, and one hour for re-cross examination.
`
`The deposition will take place before a Notary Public or other officer
`
`authorized by law to administer oaths, to be arranged for by counsel for Petitioner.
`
`The deposition will be recorded by stenographic means to enable the production of
`
`a written transcript of the deposition.
`
