`The Parties have conferred and agreed that Patent Owner, by and through its
`
`attorneys, will conduct cross-examination of Petitioner’s declarant, Dr. Bejamin
`
`Bederson (“Dr. Bederson”), on January 10, 2024, beginning at 9:00 a.m. E.T., in
`
`Washington, D.C., and continuing January 11, 2024, beginning at 9:00 a.m. E.T., to
`
`the extent needed.
`
`The Parties have stipulated to conduct consolidated depositions for IPR Nos.
`
`IPR2023-00757, IPR2023-00758, and IPR2023-00759 (“IPRs”). As such,
`
`Dr. Bederson will be testifying regarding his expert reports submitted with Petitions
`
`in these IPRs.
`
`The Parties have also stipulated to the following time limits for expert
`
`declarants in these IPR proceedings: seven hours for cross-examination, four hours
`
`for redirect examination, and one hour for re-cross examination.
`
`The deposition will take place at the offices of WILLKIE FARR & GALLAGHER
`
`LLP, 1875 K St., N.W., Washington, DC, 20006. The deposition of Dr. Bederson
`
`will be recorded in written form before an authorized court reporter with
`
`arrangements to be made by counsel for Patent Owner.
`
