`Patent Owner requests a consolidated Oral Hearing in this IPR, IPR2023-

`00757 (regarding the ’715 Patent) and related cases, IPR2023-00758 (regarding

`the ’245 Patent) and IPR2023-00759 (regarding the ’865 Patent). Patent Owner
`
`requests 45 minutes per side for the ’865 Patent and 45 minutes per side for the
`
`’715/’245 together, for a total of 3 hours.1
`
`Per the Scheduling Order, Patent Owner requests that any oral argument
`
`be held virtually by videoconference. See Paper 12 at 6.
`
`Without intending to waive any issue not specifically identified,
`
`Patent Owner will be prepared to address instituted grounds of unpatentability;
`
`issues raised in the Parties’ substantive papers, including issues raised in papers
`
`yet to be filed, such as Motions to Exclude; the Board’s Institution Decision;
`
`arguments made by Petitioner at the Oral Hearing; and any other issues the
`
`Board deems necessary for issuing a Final Written Decision.
