`1This case is joined with IPR2023-00120. Per the Board’s order (Paper 14), Petitioner
`Amazon is authorized to make any such filings related to IPR2023-00120 in the
`instant proceeding. In addition, Petitioners Google, Microsoft, Cisco, and Patent
`Owner each filed respective approved Joint Motions to Terminate as to Petitioners
`Google, Microsoft, and Cisco. Accordingly, Amazon.com, Inc., Amazon Web
`Services, Inc., and Amazon.com Services LLC, collectively “Amazon,” or “the
`Amazon entities” remain as Petitioners in this proceeding.

`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70(a), the parties may request oral argument on an
`
`issue raised in a paper at a time set by the Board. As set forth in the Scheduling Order
`
`issued in joined proceeding IPR2023-00120 (Paper 8), oral argument may be
`
`requested by January 10, 2024. Petitioners Amazon.com, Inc., Amazon Web
`
`Services, Inc., and Amazon.com Services LLC (collectively “Amazon”), do not
`
`believe an oral argument is necessary as the parties’ dispute is sufficiently set out in
`
`the papers and supporting evidence. But to the extent the Board deems oral arguments
`
`necessary, Amazon requests an opportunity to be heard virtually via videoconference.
`
`Petitioner authorizes the Board or the Commissioner to charge the cost of any
`
`fees due in connection with the filing of this document to Deposit Account No. 03-
`
`1952 referencing Docket No. 41951-00004.24.
