`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. §42.53, Patent Owner Novo Nordisk A/S (“Novo”), by
`
`and through its attorneys, will conduct cross-examination by deposition of John
`
`Bantle, M.D. Dr. Bantle’s deposition will take place on December 29, 2023,
`
`commencing at 9:00 AM CT/ 10:00 EST on each day, and continuing from day-to-
`
`day if necessary, via remote audio-video conference via a remote platform.
`
`The cross-examination will be taken before a Notary Public or other officer
`
`authorized by law to administer oaths. It will be recorded by using stenographic
`
`means or a digital reporter. Novo further reserves the right to utilize the following:
`
`(1) record the deposition using audio technology; (2) instant visual display such
`
`that the reporter’s writing of the proceeding will be available to all who are a party
`
`to this proceeding to request and receive it in real time; (3) exhibit capture
`
`(picture-in-picture) technology in which any exhibit reviewed by the deponent
`
`during the deposition can be captured visually; and (4) to conduct this deposition
`
`using a paperless exhibit virtual display platform. The arrangement for the reporter
`
`will be made by counsel for Novo.
