`Novo Nordisk, A/S, requested a conference call to discuss a one-
`month extension of all due dates, including the oral hearing date, to
`accommodate the scheduling of depositions of Petitioner’s six declarants
`that filed declarations in support of Petitioner’s Reply. See Ex. 3004.
`Petitioner did not take a position on Patent Owner’s request. Id.
`
`A conference call was held on June 6, 2024, to discuss the proposed
`changes to the schedule for this proceeding. During the conference, we
`authorized the parties to file a joint stipulation concerning the proposed due
`dates for Due Dates 3 through 7, but took under advisement the change in
`the oral hearing due date to confirm availability for an oral hearing during
`the week of August 26, 2024. Counsel confirmed that each would be
`available for an oral hearing during that week.
`
`On June 7, 2024, the parties filed a joint stipulation to modify Due
`Dates 3 through 7 as follows (omitting events related to a motion to amend
`that Patent Owner has agreed not to file in this proceeding). See Paper 56, 1,
`1 n.1 (“Joint Stipulation”).
