`Patent Owner respectfully writes to request a conference call to address possible
`modifications to the schedule in IPR2023-00724, including a possible change to the oral
`argument date. Patent Owner respectfully requests a modification of the current Sur-Reply
`date of approximately one month to accommodate the scheduling of depositions of
`Petitioner’s six experts filing Reply declarations (and in light of the intervening holiday),
`together with accompanying changes as reflected in the table below. Petitioner’s counsel
`has confirmed Petitioner does not take a position on this request. While Patent Owner
`recognizes that Due Date 3 can be moved without the Board’s approval, moving Due Date
`3 as proposed would require moving subsequent dates (including the oral argument) that
`require the Board’s approval. Given the complexity of the case, Patent Owner respectfully
`submits there is good cause to extend the schedule, and would be prepared to address this
`further in the requested call.

`Counsel for both parties would be available for a call on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday,
`June 5, 6 or 7, at 4:30pm ET should the Board deem it appropriate, or otherwise at the
`Board’s convenience.
