`I, Smita Agarwal, declare as follows:

`1. My name is Smita Agarwal. I am above the age of 18 and reside in
`
`Lawrenceville, NJ. I have personal knowledge of the facts set forth in this
`
`Declaration. All statements herein made of my own knowledge are true and all
`
`statements made on information and belief are believed to be true.
`
`2. My current employer is Novo Nordisk Inc. (“Novo Nordisk”). My job
`
`title is Senior Analyst-Data Management. As part of my job responsibilities, I
`
`review and analyze data from many sources, including from IQVIA. Data from
`
`IQVIA is used and kept by Novo Nordisk in the ordinary course of our business and
`
`regularly relied upon by individuals within Novo Nordisk.
`

`Exhibit 2301 is a true and correct copy of data that I exported from
`
`IQVIA’s database on or about January 12, 2024.

`Having been warned that willful false statements and the like are punishable
