`Pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 316(a)(10), 37.CFR § 42.70(a), and the Scheduling

`Order (Paper 11), Patent Owner DoDots Licensing Solutions LLC (“Patent
`
`Owner”) respectfully requests oral argument on the following issues raised in this
`
`proceeding:
`
`1.
`
`The validity of claims 1-4, 7-11, 13-16, 19-23 over Brown (Ground
`
`1A of the Petition).
`
`2.
`
`The validity of claims 1-4, 7-16, 19-24 over Brown and Wecker
`
`(Ground 1B of the Petition).
`
`3.
`
`The validity of claims 5-6, 17-18 over Brown and Beer, and/or Brown,
`
`Wecker, and Beer.
`
`4.
`
`The validity of claim 1-24 over Shimada and Buchholz (Ground 2 of
`
`the Petition).
`
`5.
`
`Any other issue raised in any paper of record in this proceeding.
`
`Patent Owner respectfully requests that the oral hearing be held in-person
`
`and that each party have 45 minutes of argument time for a total of one and a half
`
`hours for the session.
`
`
`
`Patent Owner also requests that its attorneys be allowed to use computers at
`
`the hearing (in addition to the counsel making the argument using his or her
`
`computer to show the demonstratives) to avoid the need for the parties to bring
`
`entire paper copies of the record into the hearing room and to facilitate efficient
`
`

`

`answering of panel questions. Patent Owner further requests the use of audio-
`
`visual equipment suitable to display papers of record and demonstrative exhibits,
`
`including a computer-connectable projector, an ELMO, and a screen.
`
`Patent Owner further requests the services of a court reporter to transcribe
`
`the proceeding.
